TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. Only registered clients can purchase items.

2. We accept the following methods of payment:

3. Ifpayment is made by bank transfer, the products will be reserved during one week. If until 5 working days after the order has been made we haven’t received proof of payment, your order will be cancelled.

4. The prices are in Euros and include Portuguese tax. These prices can be altered without advance warning.

DELIVERY COSTS

1. Your order will be sent by:

   1. Registered mail

   2. Registered mail – cash on delivery (only for national orders)

2. We can send your parcel via normal unregistered post, but we will not be responsible for the loss or delay of your parcel. Please send us an email requesting this type of delivery.

3. We will exclusively use Portugal Post for local and international deliveries.

4. For express deliveries we will use EMS but will use any other courier if such a request is made. We will inform you of the costs for this type of delivery.

5. The postage to your country will be calculated automatically during the check out process. This charge covers the cost of current registered postage via Portugal Post (maximum parcel weight = 2kg). If your parcel weight is more than 2kg, we will contact you and inform you of the delivery costs.

6. All international deliveries will be charged differently depending on the location and weight.

7. The delivery costs are the following:

OTHER COUNTRIES		Flat rate of		9,00 €*
		*maximum weight of package = 2kg
		If your package weighs more than 2kg, we will inform you by email of the total delivery costs.

8. Local custom or tariff duties outside of the European Union are the sole responsibility of the buyer in accordance with local laws.

9. The prices are inclusive of Portuguese tax. Our prices can be modified without advance warning.
