SHIPPING

Your
order will be sent by:

mail

mail – cash on delivery (orders from Portugal)

We
can send your parcel via normal unregistered post, but we will not
be held
responsible for the loss, damage in transit or delay of your parcel.
Please send us an email requesting this type of delivery.

We
will exclusively use the Portugal Postal Service for local and
international deliveries.

For
express deliveries we will use EMS but will use any other courier if
such a request is made. We will inform you of the costs for this
type of delivery.

We
do not deliver to P.O.Box addresses.

We
aim to dispatch your order within 1
to 3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

In
case an item is no longer in stock we will contact by email you so
that you may choose another item. If within 2 working days you have
not chosen another item, we will send your order with the items
available at the time.

We
do not assume responsibility for errors or delays in transportation.

If
payment is made by bank transfer,
we will reserve your order items during one week. Your order will be
annulled if you don’t send us proof of payment by email within 5
working days after making your order.

You will be notified by email of the exact delivery costs once your
order has been made.

Local
custom
fees or tariff duties for buyers outside of the European Union are
the sole responsibility of the buyer in accordance with local laws.

Returns
and exchanges:

Whenever
you receive your order by registered mail, you must verify the
condition of the package and immediately write on the delivery
paper if anything has been damaged during the delivery process, and
please send us an email (geral@baudabijuteria.com)
with this information within 48 hours.

In
case you
find any defects in an item that you have ordered, please
send us an email (geral@baudabijuteria.com)
within 48 hours
of having received your order. After this period has passed we will
not accept any claims.

If
the item has a defect,
we will be able to:
-
substitute
it for another identical
item;
-
in
case there
are none in stock, you will be able to choose another item of
equal or superior value (in this case you will have to pay the
difference in value);
-
refund
you the total cost of the item with the defect, by
bank transfer.

In
order for us to exchange
the article with the defect, you will have to return it to us in
its original packing, together with the respective invoice, within
5 working days after we have agreed to exchange the referred item.
(we will not be responsible for the delivery costs)

We
do not accept returns on items whose information/description refers
differences in sizes, colour and/or quality.
